Information for Students Enrolled in Class
Required Forms
All enrolled students must have a signed medical release form on file.
Students under 12 must be picked up from class by a parent or
authorized adult. Car pool forms may be printed off the website
or picked up the first night of class.
If you will be carpooling with another family or having someone else picking up
your child, please fill out the Carpool Form and bring it to the first class.

Audition Requirements
If you are planning on auditioning, be sure to download all of the necessary forms and bring them to the auditions. Information on how to prepare for auditions, where to find music, expected expenses if cast, and answers to other general questions are in Audition Information.
Guidelines
- Participation is a privilege and good behavior is required. Respect for teachers, staff, and parents is expected.
- Honoring language will be used. No name-calling or profanity is allowed. This includes gossip. To know if something is worth repeating, the test is: Is it Truthful, Edifying and Necessary.
- We expect students’ conduct to be respectful to property and therefore, any damage done to property will be expected to be replaced or repaired by the student.
- We expect purity of self in relationships with others and one’s own body; therefore, drugs, alcohol, or smoking are strictly prohibited. Overt physical contact is inappropriate. Students are expected to dress appropriately and modestly.
- Students that are cast in the show are required to attend their CYT class.
Cancelation and Refund Policy
CYT reserves the right to cancel any course with fewer than three
students enrolled. Should we cancel a course due to low enrollment,
you will receive 48 hours
notice to choose another class or receive a full refund.
If you withdraw your child from a course prior to the first day of class,
your tuition will be refunded less a $10 processing fee. No refunds or
pro-rates will be given after the first class.

Lost & Found
If your child has lost an item during a class or during the productions in the last year, please look in the Lost & Found area, located in the Rehearsal Space at the office.
